Orders

How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email right after you place your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after noon or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, based on your address and the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking details may take a little time to update.

My package is late, lost, or damaged. What should I do?
Contact us and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Return eligibility depends on the item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm your options. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

I received a damaged or wrong item.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away so we can make it right.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
